Had terrible lags in various apps for the last two weeks during evenings.
I used netprobe_lite to monitor packet loss, it seems most routes to cloudflare seem to be losing packets.

If you are facing similar packet loss issues, use command
The transit nodes may ignore some pings, but the final destination server should not drop any.
