Access BSNL BB at Lenovo A6000 Plus

I am currently using BSNL type-I modem (Model No. C2110) for my Win-7 PC. I have to log in BSNL BB network using PC. Now, I desire to access internet at my android mobile through a wifi router connected with the BSNL Modem without using PC powered on. So, how can I log in BSNL network using my Lenovo mobile (A6000 plus) to access internet over wifi ?
