@varunc24 issue is with Windows 10 which I'm sure you're on too. Just upgraded to Windows 11 today and getting full upload speeds (no throttling down).

To test this, you can run a Ubuntu Live USB on a USB Stick and run a Speedtest on the Firefox and the CLI also

Make sure you do both Domestic and International Servers

I will wait for a stable release play a lot of games . don't want to run into driver issues . good to know you are getting full 400 Mbps in WIndows 11
