Finally I subscribed to ACT , they just started services in my Area.
Services were commissioned within 4 days and it was good response.
They certainly need to train outdoor guys on neat wiring and cable,hence make sure you supervise their work while they are working at your home.
Currently services are down for 24+ hours and response from Service desk lack quality updates, there is no escalation.
I had BSNL broadband , for any complaint outdoor SDE used to call and followup from lineman & indoor is fantastic.
ACT engineer who visited for fiber splice didn't even bother while I could see there were losses on fiber still he went ahead.
While I believe issues are bound to happen, all that matter is how they are managed and effective communication is maintained.
Hopefully services will be restored by tomorrow and ACT team will communicate proactively.
