I had taken ACT connection (11027974) a year back for my software company of 4 people at Marathahalli. Initially we got good service and good speeds etc, but then it began. We were getting service disruption every 2 days - and then all we could do is call the customer care and lodge complaint and wait 24 hours - if it didn't get fixed, all we can do is complain again. In the last week of may, in 6 days, we had 3 outages, each lasting a day.
Day before yesterday I wasn't getting connection, and when I looked at the backyard - the technicians were, without informing us, pulling our lines out for some restructuring! For all this nonsense, the call center lady offer to discount the monthly fee, but even after writing to them about the same, they are beating around the bush and not answering to my question.
And finally I tried to stick to them when I moved to a better office in Murugeshpalya this week - and I had requested a transfer of connection 10 DAYS in ADVANCE, but even now, me and my team are sitting in the office for the 2nd day - there is no internet - because the lousy technicians didn't show up yet. Absolutely despise this service, 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER.
