I am on ACT Liberty plan(Account id 192512. I am facing the issues of very frequent downtimes and then raising the same issues again and again with ACT. My internet has gone down for the 5th time in last 2 months now(Ticket no. 0002763272) and is still down since the past 24 hours. On raising a ticket, the usual response from them is as always " we'll fix in 24 business hours". If the issue has been recurring so regularly then one can't wait for 3 days as per their wishes and definition of business hours.
This is an unacceptable level of service from them and am sure that now I am going to get rid of these guys.
