Complaint ID: 0000621415Dear ACTians,From yesterday onwards my broadband is down. My router not able to get a WAN IP address from fiber switch.After repeated calls to call Center gives false assurance "somebody will call you" After 24 hours nothing happens. We needed to have an SLA on fault rectification as long as the issue is in ACT side. Treat Internet as a an essential service. Regards,
