ACT Broadband Feedback in Bangalore since Apr

ACT Broadband is down for more than 2 days now and *absolutely* no communication on what has happened / how long will it take to fix. My user ID is 10862628 btw.

Team ACT - you need to pull up your socks - I have been a long term user, have had some issues but this is downright terrible. I need to work today and I am compelled to use a Dongle which is all the more frustrating.

Your call centres, less said the better - please fix this. Users cannot wait 12 min to speak to someone (my average wait time is 12 min).

Please...please do something.
 
and did they make any sense after the 12 mins wait ?

they would have spoke to you with template answers without any sign of fixing the issue
