I had a new connection activated on 10/08/14. It was active till 11/08/14 and its been down since 10 PM on 11/08/14. The complaint number is 0002520495.Upon contacting the customer care on 12th I've been told its a FIELD issue, no specifics on what the issue is. Upon contacting the customer care on 13/08/14 at 9.30 AM, I was told this was assigned to a Matheen, a FIELD technician and day later the issues is still unresolved. No one seems to be bothered to take ownership and try to fix it. I had requested for a call back on 09886635662 on 13th and was promised that a Team Leader: Umashankar will call back in 4 hours, haven't got a call yet.
I'm contemplating on terminating the connection if its not sorted in 1 more day!!
