ACT Fibernet frequent downtime in Hyderabad

From last 1-2 months I am experiencing frequent downtime (once every week), they get resolved in 4-5hrs sometimes 1 day also, but my work is getting interrupted everytime and I have to depend on my mobile data. Thought of changing to Excitel Broadband, but also saw that many people are having more downtime than ACT with them. Are you people also experiencing downtime with ACT? What can I do?

Go with Jio or Airtel Fiber . Go for Jio if you plan to use it without any advanced stuff

@shashankb airtel fiber and jiofiber both are not available in my area, dont know what to do

I would say try Excitel Fiber out. Experiences vary from LCO to LCO. If they are only providing by copper, I would suggest staying away or pressuring them to provide by fiber.
