Oh dang, ACT is in my area and the only reason I haven't gone with them was because of their FUP, sucks that new customers can't have unlimited :/

Excitel fiber is better than act. No blocking, no fup and easy shifting of connection across all over delhi atleast

A very smart business move to be honest here. It's like a free trial of their top-tier plan and once you go all the way till 300 mbps, it's really hard going back to 100. Would see people later upgrading their plans.
