ACT Poor service

I have subscribed 20GB 2gbps fup plan,but by reaching 18.02GB itself ACT reduced speed.when mailed it claimed that i have crossed the FUP limit.when spoke to customer care & they admitted that i have used 18 gb only by cross checking with the customer care.the care confirmed me that it will be resolved in 24hrs & he had already made a complain requst.Today when i called ur cust care to check the status of my compliant,i came to know there is no compliant request raised by care person on my behalf. IS THIS UR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE ALREADY CALLED THRICE AND HOLDED MORE THAN 10 MINS TO GET A ANSWER AND ASKED FOR A CALL BACK.
SO FAR THERE IS NO CALL & NO REPLY TO MY MAILS AS WELL...THANKS FOR UR INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORt ACT..CHEERS>>
 
I am tired of reading about ACTs poor service on this forum.
I contemplated moving from my current BBNL to ACT during my initial days with BBNL. But I think I am better off having the same connection ( 10 Mbps unlimted ), than get on to the 25 mbps bandwagon of ACT and deal with the innumerable issues of line cutting, pathetic response times and other such horror stories which I read in this forum.
Vis-a-vie ACT, BBNL guys respond to calls and act on the complaint in time ( atleast at Sanjaynagar, Bangalore ). If only they could up the ante and introduce higher speeds and be more competitive, they could easily trounce ACT in Bangalore.
Its high time ACT decided to sack their customer service chief and think of something radical about the service they provide along with the blazing speeds they have to offer.
