i am using TP-Linkrouter tlwr470n..i connected the ethernet cable to wan port ... then i connected pc to router to a lan port in router... net is not working..need help pls.
Did you connect Act's Ethernet cable to your PC before connecting it to router? If yes, connect the cable to PC again. Go to portal.acttv.in and logout. Now connect the ethernet cable to WAN port of your router and see if you can use internet.
i did..its not working.. i called customer care they said they ll help me configure wifi router..and havent received any call from them,... ACT CC is horrible..
do i need to type in ip address or anything while confuguring..?
