@HArshalI am just a normal subscriber to the CC guys like you but only in the CCOO office there are few people who know me and i asked some time back with them also on adding new channels but for this they have asked me to contact the CC guys and added that if we have any problem with the service they have asked me to get in touch with them with out any hesitation as they will help us to come out of the problem. I have benefited a lot from them for my problems and two of them also benefited from them also in this forum. I personally feel if we have any issues whether its you or any other one in this forum who is using TS its better to get in touch with CCOO office other wise our credibility will go down. Kunal conveyed to us in this forum that he will compile a mail and asked me to send it to them and i am waiting for his compiled mail to forward it to the CCOO office.
