Hello 2 everyone. There alot of topics about disconnection, but i can`t find solution to solve my problem, sorry for duplicate. I have BSNL DataOne Broadband internet (UL750 plan), GOA, calangute. Problem is: adsl disconnected every minute! At day time internet is working, maybe 2-3 disconnections per day. But from 6pm i have disconnects every 1-2 minutes for the last two weeks. ADSL signal on modem is blinking, after 10-15 sec its connected to internet. I have internet for the 30-50 seconds, then in ADSL signal off and its disconnecting. then again reconnecting, connectiong, 30 sec internet serfing, again disconnection. Sometimes it works good, but sometimes alot of disconnection. So it is not software\cache\DNS\RJ quality problem. What the problem i can`t understand. Whom i need to ask? Local telefone office, or BSNL office? Or i can do something? Tnx for help. If someone know what is the BSNL dataone broadband help line phone number in GOA pls tell me (to call from mobile, not 1-800-***) OS: Windows XP SP3, Vista (doesn`t metter, even if my comp is off the same problem on modem).
