ADSL Modem C2110 for BSNL Broadband

I am using ADSL Modem C2110 for my BSNL Broadband connection. It was not properly working for the last few days. When I contacted BSNL for help, they advised me to configure the modem again and then reboot it through the administration site of Nokia Siemens Network site. When I was trying to configure and reboot, the power went off and my modem got switched off as it was not on the backup. I has stopped working after this and the BSNL people say that it has got corrupt. Can anything be done to make it working again?
 
Which all LEDs are blinking? Is power LED working ?Try hard reset. There will be a hole (will be many, but this will stand out) at the bottom of the modem. It has the reset switch. Use a pen refill and press hold the modem for 30 seconds. Modem should be power ON all these time. It should work, else you need to get a replacement from BSNL. It will be free if you are within the warranty period.
 
I have tried hard resetting but it still doesn't work. Only power led and PC/USB lights are glowing. Data and link lights are not working.
 
Are you able to log in to the modem ? If not, take the modem to nearest BSNL exchange and ask them to check.
