I have got an MTNL 849 NU connection now when i test the speed on speedtest i get speed of only about 250 kb however whe i download with flashget from link-removed I get speed of around 220 Kb. Any idea why this sharp difference. Is there any browser or registry setting i need to do. Pls advice
Well when you download using Flashget it makes several connections and thus you are able to get the maximum speed..while browsing this isnt the case. Not much you can do as it is congestion related..MTNL has a lot of subscribers.
