This was probably the best teaser for a show everyone thought was unnecessary in the last 4 years of MCU. So it has piqued my interest. I hope it is good otherwise I am gonna smack Kevin Feige personally. So time to post some useless trivia that nobody is interested in reading.

The show is created by the same person who created WandaVision and will have 9 episodes like it. So there's some hope. The old lady (Mrs Hart) from episode 1 of WandaVision will make a comeback. She is also sympathetic to rapists with whom she worked as depicted when she along with Vanessa Hudgens and Ashton Kutcher pled for leniency for their co-star. So there's that.

The scene of Agatha arriving as a detective is a copy of the scene from Mare of Easttown. The fellow guy detective played Wanda's neighbor Herb in WandaVision. The song in the trailer is called Seven Devils from Florence which is also a reference to the fact that Agatha will have 7 witches in her coven.

So the only guy in Agatha's Coven is a variation of Billy (Wanda's son) named Wiccan. There are enough hints in the trailer to refer to the fact that he is Wanda's son. And if he is playing that version, it means he can appear in a Young Avengers property further down in the MCU coz he is a member.

They talk about Witches' Road in the trailer which is an actual storyline from the WandaVision comics. It is a plane of existence that only sorcerers can tread. In the comics, Wanda and the spirit of a dead Agnes travel this road in the hope of finding a cure for the sickness within witchcraft. Traveling the road can reward you with what's missing. This is also the plot of the show where Agnes hopes to get her powers by traveling the Witch's Road. This can also be a path to reviving Wanda back from the dead. Coz if the Wiccan is truly Billy then he may have an ulterior motive to nudge Agnes to take the road.

There are a few more easter eggs but I am not gonna type them all here. Just visit this.
