Aircel 3G Data Plans for only for USB Data Card Subscribers :
I mean its 1MBPS(bytes)=8mbps (bits)
3.6MBPS= Can they offer 30mbps(bits)? I dont think so.. thats an error! in 1275 who will offer that much for a dongle?
1. The calculation is .............
1 mB(ytes) = 1024 kB(ytes)
... X 1024 = 1048576 Bytes
... X 8 .... = 8388608 bits
.............. = 8.39 megabits.
So ........................................ 1mBps = 8.39 mbps ( rounded off)
And 3.6MBPS (if taken as Bytes ) ..........= 3.6 X 8.39 = 30.20 mbps.
But as I had said earlier it is an error as 3.6MBPS instead of 3.6 mbps.
A dongle supports 21mbps last!
2. My dongle
Huawei K4505 supports 28.8Mbps
3. There is another Sierra dongle 312U, which supports 42Mbps
