AIRCEL 3G Mobile and Data Services Goes Live In Chennai

Its a typo on the pics of aircel 3G! I just confirmed from aircel executive speeds up to 3.6mbps on dongle on the dongle plans.

today aircel launched 3g in bihar, guwahati & bhubaneshwar..........Is AIRTEL sleeping after launching 3g in just 3 cities??????????

Airtel is busy calculating the total losses it will make with these crazy plans hence no further expansion.

here is the speed in bangalore. signal strenght is same as Airtel, coverage is very good indoor and outdoor

well, speed is O.k, but will drop further once network is full of users. then huwaei will come and cap the speed at BTS

Any guys using Aircel 3G SIM in datacard, pl give the details of APN, Access no and also whether UName PW are required or not.

Now I got the APN and access no from Aircel Customer care.

APN : aircelgprs.pr for prepaid and aircelgprs.po for postpaid.

Access no : *99***1#

No UID; No PW.

donthav, i have not taken any plan, using theri Promotional 250 MB plan

for kolkata its aircelweb and *99# strangely though u can get the signal u may not dial to net...
