AIRCEL 3G Mobile and Data Services Goes Live In Chennai

I am using 3g since the launch. But even after the promotional offer period is over, I am not being charged for using 3g. Every time I disconnect my data connection, a notification pops up saying, your last call duration is so and so and your last call cost Rs.0.00I am constantly checking my balance which is not deducted except for voice calls/SMS.Is it because I had this Rs.98 PI pack already? It works this way in Airtel, may be even in Aircel

Atleast aircel ip address is dynamic which means easier downloading from link-removed,link-removed,etc.Aircel IP address:49.136.xx.xxx
