Aircel 4G launched in AP Circle, Assam, Bihar & Odisha

Aircel, has launched its 4G services in four circles, namely, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar and Odisha.

Interestingly, mobile operator has not revealed any information related to devices needed to access 4G, tariff plans, whether the 4G networks will be available throughout the circles or in select regions.

Following the launch, Aircel will be the second operator after Airtel, to offer services under all the three existing technologies - 2G, 3G and 4G LTE.

Important Observation: Aircel holds 20MHz of spectrum in the 4G LTE 2300MHz band across eight circles - Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Assam and North East and Jammu and Kashmir.

That 2300MHz band is the worst band to be operating 4G , most western countries do not use that frequency.

Some of the best know 4G Wi-Fi ( SIM Based ) routers fail to detect 4G siganl correctly in INDIA. ( FYI Airtel also has 2300Mhz signal )

Huawei E5372 or TP-Link M7350 do not support 2300Mhz signal streams...damn.

Aircel 3G sucks like hell in Assam and they are talking about 4G. Aree bhai, first improve your existing network.
