Aircel 4G launched in AP Circle, Assam, Bihar & Odisha

Ok. I still don't see anything for Aircel 4g. Did they even launch it ??
 
They already said that they have launched in tamilnadu but still coverage details or plan details is available even with their dealers..
 
They don't have the balls to launch 4G in Mumbai or Delhi. Shows they are not confident in themselves.
 
Wonder what will happen now, I guess the deadline to launch 4g in 90% of the metros and at least 50% of the rural region was sometime in mid 2015: according to the clause set by the government/TRAI when the auctions were done. Else the spectrum allocated to the respective service provider would be withdrawn according to the clause
 
I am not sure what they mean by launch. Their 4G doesn't seem to be operational anywhere in these circles.
