Which Circle ji? TN??? And what is the Triple Play Voice, Video, Data?? I thought NO voice is possible in 4G? May be fall-back on 3G / 2G???

They could have offered these speeds over 3G.
I have used their 3G Dongle service in Tamil Nadu. If I say about speed then overall it was good for me. Sometimes I get download speed around 2 MBPS while watching videos on Youtube and sometimes it reduced to around 200 kbps.

How much are Airtel 2 mbps and 4 mbps symmetric leased lines costing these days?

Are they cheaper than this LTE offering from Aircel?

They couldn't. Because they have not invested to establish robust 3G network across states. Some areas have good connectivity, some poor, Speed/connectivity is variable and fluctuates with time/location etc.

Funny thing is that telecom companies even after all these years could not provide the full potential which 3G spectrum could offer. Now these telecom companies are rushing to jump to 4G. The underlying problems will stay the same for 4G - data plans will remain expensive and impractical. Meaning GBs will continue to be expensive.

Mobile internet is important factor in road to digital revolution in India. But under present impractical 3G/4G plans offered by telecom companies, mobile internet is in very bad condition.

That depends on the distance of Airtel server from your home/business.
