Seems to be a similar concept to the original Smartair purifier of a simplified fan and filter with no frills.

Ordered one since I needed it for a room which is sparingly used and didn't want to spend 10k on a branded one.

Seems to be a thai company:

There is a guy selling a similar top for 350 rupees iirc on reddit india lol. 3d printed at home. I don't remember what fan he is using.
