Recently Airtel,Vodafone,Idea and Docomo had widely publicised how they have slashes 2G internet rates from 10p/10kb to 1p/10kb.Since i am an Idea user i went to check details for Idea that those rates were applied only in chattisgarh and Bihar j circle.I was like WTF..why not nationally...

because they are only offering it in regions where they have no 3G rights from what i understand.
