I too asked at vodafone store and they told me that they will be launching 3g in himachal pradesh using IDEA's network... god know when its gona be true!!!!

Thanks chetan bcoz today morning cc ppl called me and told they will launch 3g on 29th of this month when i asked for a confirmation mail they said that they can't give it in writing. so what u said is right am moving out of airtel and joining in idea network.thanks once again.....

MTNL have this plan don't know about BSNL. and MTNL operates in delhi and Mumbai
