Airtel 4g connection suggestion

I using bsnl but bsnl now making lot of trouble. so i decided to change ISP. already applied for reliance. they take 1300INR cheque, 1month passed still they did not give connection. whenever i call them they give some lame excuse. now i saw airtel 4g has 128kb/sec unlimited plan after FUP. so i called airtel and they said they will send someone to check the internet speed from my home. if i am satisfy with the internet speed i can apply for the connection. so shall i go with airtel 4g? only one thing is confuse is that the connection is wireless, i am not sure will the internet speed constant or go down frequently.

ru sure the download speed u will be getting in 128 kbps ? r confused
U will be getting 16 kbps when ur downloading

i asked the airtel sales guy who came to my home to test the internet speed, and he said i will get 100~110kb/sec. it will be waste of money if i get 16kb/sec speed. someone who using airtel 4g please confirm me after fup download speed.
