Airtel 4G prices slashed by 35-50%

You can use dynamic dns service like noip.com for this purpose. Provided you have port forwarding on CPE

But the two (internal and external) IPs provided by ISP must be NAT-ed, right? The CPE does have settings for port forwarding but will it work if ISP itself is NAT-ing the IPs?

Can't try it right now myself because my FUP limit got over and instead of continuing at extra charges my device has gone "red" (disconnected) - I called CC yesterday evening to purchase smartbytes topup which they immediately charged me but the connection is still not re-activated :) so today morning again called them up and they claim many users are facing connectivity issues related to topup so a ticket filed for me which they claim will get fixed today.

So I'm back on my old BSNL 4 mbps ADSL broadband for the time being. I was installing Fedora Linux (rawhide) when my 4G FUP got over and man it sucks to crawl at 4 mbps now :D
