Not few. It's none in most cities only found 1 site in Chennai and Hyderabad where they held 5G event after proper launch and same in Delhi Gurgaon Cyberhub has some 10G site. That's why we haven't seen anyone crossing that 1000Mbps mark easily on Airtel

@nishantt6969 ports and switches used by Airtel in all of their towers are 1G this was reported by Airtel Engineers from many parts for reason why Airtel can't hit Gigabit speeds

how do you identify between 1g and 10g?

If u don't cross 950Mbps even in best RF conditions it's 1G. But one thing to be noted Nokia's 5G under performs so it's usually under gigabit

airtel messed up 4g in my area. Speed of 4g fluctuates so fast in just one speed test between 10-30 mbps. You can’t even imagine the fluctuation.

earlier it was constant between 120-140 mbps.

this happened after they enabled 5g on my area tower

Noticed one thing that 4g band is continuously switching between band 3 and 40 every second. May be that’s the issue.

Airtel 5g Speed has improved in my area. Now getting 700mbps down and 80mbps up
