Airtel Air Fiber Ethernet Link Speed forced to 10 Mbps

I have Airtel Xtreme Air Fiber new version (cylindrical router). Since I have 100Mbps plan but the speed test never touched 100Mbps. Now the issue is I have connected the router to my PC via cat 6 LAN, wen I checked the Link Speed it shows 10/10 Mbps in network settings. The same link speed was shown in Airtel Router Homepage (192.168.1.1). Airtel Router Homepage
I don't understand why Airtel is forcing the ethernet port speeds to 10/10 Mbps. There seems to be no option in the router settings to change this.
If anyone has any solution or idea wth is going on here. Then let me know.

The LAN port on the router are the 10Mbps capped ones,
you will never get high speed through LAN using the router

--UPDATE--
just checked with airtel cc 9560046000,
the LAN port speed is configurable by their end
so you can request customer care to increase the speed of LAN port to 1000Mbps
