Happy new year!
In the month of December, I went a little over 14 TB, but that is only because I had data to migrate over to my new offshore server.
Normally it remains at 4-5 TB. I don't torrent.

2.does 100mbps vs 200mbps make a difference in website load times (especially in incognito mode)

No, 4-5 TB is shared with 4 people. (2 power users, 2 normal)

I host my own AdGuard server, with a combination of these upstream servers.

tls://one.one.one.one
tls://p0.freedns.controld.com
tls://dns.google

If you do not want to host your own, you can use DNS benchmark tool available at grc.com

2.does 100mbps vs 200mbps make a difference in website load times (especially in incognito mode)
If you have a quality internet connectivity, that is good latency, no packet loss and other various factors, then even 10-30Mbps suffices.

Wait a min so technically me buying a 200mbps connection would only sped up downloads but website load times might just stay the same hmm

Since 2017 I’ve dreamt of loading web pages within 2seconds but i haven’t seen anything like that

I have a polish friend and on his pc ,websites load in 0.5sec while being on incognito mode

Thats just crazy man

Latency to the server, performance/load on the server, type of content also matters.
I'd say, your friend is exaggerating, since a simple DNS lookup requests to the closest server takes approx. 0.1-0.3 seconds.

A lot of browsers have inbuilt tools, which can tell you at which point there are slowdowns. Maybe that can help you optimize.

For example, in Firefox it's built-in called Profiler.

Under Chrome, I believe it's under right click > inspect > performance.

i just tried it on firefox ,and it looks very complex to me then i tried the same thing on chrome its a tad bit better as its showing these numbers in ms
