Airtel Airfiber not working since morning unless i switch the ODU mode to 4G only

it seems they are using Nokia fastmile 5G19-A/5G26-A/5G16-B

among these 3 i am confused

if going by 5G16-B then it uses Quctel RG620T

@SpeedxThunder If i connet this to my laptop using jio airfiber poe and cmd ip config. it shows only ipv4 address and ipv 6 seed only....and nothing else.... I think they are using Quctel RG620T-EU VARIANT.
And one more thing yes i had cross checked jio poe by disabling idu poe..

@deletedmember if i attach odu to idu wan port then its showing 192.168.0.36 ip. Bt if i connect direct then nothing
