Airtel And Messed Up OLTS In LCO Cities?

I have 2 airtel connection [ 300 and a 200, 300 one has static]

From the last 10 days between 8 pm TO 12:00-12:30 AM I get a download speed of about 10-50 mbps on both my connection on ookla speed test. tried downloading a windows iso file and it was downloading at 100-200 kbps..[ usually it downloads at a speed of 25-35 mbps]

I can't even watch videos on Youtube , messaging is slow on WhatsApp Simply I cant do a thing.

But it goes back to normal after 12 AM and remains the same during whole day.

Raised a complain and they have kept it opened for 6 days and its still open.

I think it has something to do with their bandwith sharing or OLTs?

The engineer visited twice today and said that he has informed his senior but they are not responding ,
he said that about 10 customers are alsofacing this but nothing can be done currently.

So I wanna now what can be done now basically to put pressure on them??

No i didn't complained, thought it to be temporary issue. I have excitel also using it with duel wan router ER 605 so doesn't faced much issue .

It's a shame that consumers have to retort to using dual ISPs to have a stable internet connectivity.

Have Sent a legal notice to airtel and they have received it lets see what they do now..

YES complained on cpgrams portal but it seems they are not keen on solving this keeps saying give us 48 hrs more.
They have 7 days if they don't reply will file a appeal in district court.

Why not just disconnect and get something else?
Airtel is Airtel, but aren't you wasting your time as well?
