Airtel And Messed Up OLTS In LCO Cities?

@Lolita_Magnum I paid up for 6 months so for sure will take full refund for that. as I was using their home connection for last 3 years and it was excellent no downtimes nothing like that so I paid it.

As far as time is concerned my lawyer is handling it pretty well and I just need to sign on some documents.
The biggest problem is that they are not ready to accept the problem.
From last night my static is down told ZI but no response.

As far as other ISP is concerned am using Jio for backup now , we dont have BSNL here , excitel is asking 10k for extending the wires and the local isps have frequent downtime [GTPL, Maurya Broadband, Siti]

AND Some people will comment that this will not hold in court, this wont in district court but it will in Consumer Court.

A Update-

Airtel aligned a NOC Head [ Patna] and the Zonal Incharge visit to my home at 9 pm today to verify my claims , they came and did every test they could took about 18 people on voice call to solve this and the usual transfer from one dept to another, but they have assured of solving this within 2 days.

The ports or something like that chokes between this time period of 8pm -11 pm .
So They have asked for 2 more days and they will splice the ring of the transport route, this will fix the issue.
In the below photo the numbers in yellow that 95% should have been between 40-50%. Its overutilization of bandwith I guess.

Would agree with overselling of connections.

the olt can handle upto 2048 customers I think and this RSU has currently 1800 customers.
Hope they resolve it soon.

So they are no overselling then as you said that there are 1800 customers out of total supported 2048.

What could be the issue then ?
