Airtel app won’t let me renew my plan

I’m in Delhi, using the 499 per month plan(6months) , now I’m getting message from Airtel to renew my plan or else I will be converted to 1 month plan and lose the free benefits, anyone know how I can renew the plan? The app doesn’t let me renew the plan I have and only give me options to opt for more expensive plans.

I am gonna assume by your message above, you are using Postpaid. The message is just a placeholder and you don't lose any benefits even after it gets converted to a 1-month plan else you need to call airtel for advanced renewal.
