Airtel BB was down for 7 hours

just came back up after 7 hours, went down around 5:30 in the evening. any body experienced the same ?and as usual, CC had no idea what's going on.
 
what's your location?It's working fine here.
 
^^ Haryana, it wasnt only my connection, confirmed from friends and their BB was down too.
