What happens on Blackout Days on Airtel? Calls and SMS are expensive? or Cheap? or Free?

i guess u cannot use the discount top up cards on these days.

The sms's would be charged on normal rates and no discounts on SMS's can be availed !

I dont think blackout days are applicable to postpaid. For prepaid normal tariff charged, no discounts or boosters apply.
