Some of my Office URLs are not accessible on Airtel WiFi, also it doesn’t work on airtel mobile hotspot.
In order to get access I need to call Airtel support almost every 2-3 days in a week. They do some channel optimisation and it starts working.
I raised multiple complaints to resolve it permanently but they can’t.
I had call with Airtel support team but unofficially he informed me that since airtel provides shared IP and its blocking the access. You would need static IP to get it resolved permanently.
Reason why I don’t want to switch to other provider is because other providers are not available and also I use Airtel Axis card to get 25% discount on bill payment, also getting Google one storage for 6 month for which I used to pay earlier.
I tried using 1.1.1.1 dns but that also doesn’t work. Can you guys provide any solution?
