Airtel Bridge Mode Lan port not working in Nokia G-2425G router

Thanks to the thread in this group I have unlocked and enabled bridge mode in my Airtel Nokia G-2425G-A router. When I connect this to my TP-Link ArcherAX73 router the wan status appears disconnected in TP-Link and lan port (which has bridge mode enabled) on Nokia router also doesn't light up. Any one faced this issue?

If i turn off bridge mode on Nokia route, same LAN port works fine with TP-Link (But I want to avoid this as this has double NAT).

@soumyart , I just got the TP-Link Archer AX10 router today. I am able to setup the Nokia LAN port in bridge mode and connect to TP link by dialing PPPoE
May be you can reboot the router and try again!!

It's a fluke, really @sgajjala
There's a small minority of folks who'll possess a Nokia where this Port Mode thing works while a lot of other folks have told me it doesn't work on their Nokias.
Maybe @soumyart is just unlucky in this case

@tr1k0N4 do I need to raise a request to change the Nokia ONT?
Also I tried with a lulley 2.5GB ONU with GPON media converter. No luck. Neither static ip or pppoe works.
Not sure if Airtel has locked something in there backend.

You need to raise a request to enable bridge mode from the backend.
Also please do share some photos of the setup you mention, the 2.5Gig one.

Airtel customer care team enabled bridge mode in my Nokia Airtel router and now i'm able to configure static ip in my TP-Link router.
I'm little surprised they still have access to Nokia router because I have completely reset it using root access.

@soumyart you need to disable TR-069/Cwmp if you want them to stop controlling your ONT.

@soumyart , were you able to ping 192.168.1.1 ip from your TP-Link router?

Hi @soumyart you have same router model and same router as me. Could you please let me know if you purchased static ip for this ?
