Airtel Broadband 699 plan

Hi,I have airtel broadband with 499 plan where I get speed of 512kbps until 5Gb and 128kbps thereafter. I came to know that there is a plan 699(retention plan) where we get unlimited download with 512kbps. Is anybody aware of this? Thiyagu

Well, retention plans are offered to the people who are not willing to continue with airtel.

I very much doubt this. When Airtel claims unlimited it is usually qualified with a FUP in small print. Ask this directly to the one who contacts you for retention.

either they lie to you or promise you no FUP for 3-4 months

I got this information from a person who is working with rentention department, he specifically asked me to mention in the email 699 rentention plan. i have written to airtel, lets see what they reply,,,,,:ashamed: i ll updated with their reply........
