Airtel contacted me through the forum asking me to provide them details about me (Hah) as they wanted to help out people complaining on this forum. The email id offered to me was [email protected]. I suggest mailing to this email id in case your problems remain unresolved.

I had purchased a new cordless from airtel when I had taken the connection a while back, the cordless never worked ( so it was nicely preserved for many yrs lol) contacted them on this id never got a reply back.

I have sent a mail to airtel on plan migration on 12th till date no response other than auto reply This is the message i have sent to them. Dear Sir, My name is Hari Krishna. I have an airtel broadband connection No 011-43045914. On 29th March I have requested for Plan migration from 1099 512kbps unlimited to 1099 4Mbps impatient plan. On 31st March I got a confirmation call from airtel confirmaing with in 5 days my plan will get changed. But till date nothing happened. Everytime I am calling to airtel getting same reply within 1 day your plan will be migrated. I lodged complaint through customer care centre every alternate day. I got frustrated now. Because i never experience such type of misery. As a lost hope i am writing to you for change of my plan. Admin can you help me in this regard.

well they are not alone. i have tata teleservices and vodafone people posting similar generic replies on my blog. there is an icici bank twitter account which does the same. the concept is simple. they cannot help your case directly. they just tell you to contact the customer care center. nothing revolutionary. so well good to ignore them.
