do tell us ryan about new plans.NCr already has minimum 2mbps plans but post fup the speeds are 256k.Ask her that will airtel increase post fup speeds and increase fup limits.

Will do man. By the way, if anyone is on the 4mbp 150gb plans, can you do a speedtest and tell me if you're hovering around the 4mbps download speed? I think download speeds from countries far from India (France, USA) I'm getting 2mbps download speeds. I want to verify is this is also an issue with other users.

This is what I get on the 4Mbps (150GB) plan. Let me know if you need any tests with a specific country / server.

I am seriously annoyed at Airtel. Airtel's FUP redirection continues to remain a headache. It has caused all sort of inconveniences over the last couple of days. It has eaten up blog posts. It has eaten up forum posts. It has even interrupted batch image uploads causing major headaches for me overall. I am shocked that no one at Airtel has thought about the problems users face because of their repeated redirected messages. You essentially are redirected to the FUP message from whatever you were doing. It could be an online transaction or an important conversation with a business client. In case you are not using a browser, you would not even find out the problem! And there is no workaround other than to buy enough additional data. But even in that case I believe you would continue to get the same messages if you have less than 20% of your monthly allocation in your account.

Totally agreed. If Airtel was to find a suitable way of displaying FUP messages and not harm the browsing, it would be slightly more tolerable.

Thanks Vebk.

I'm going to point this out to her and hopefully this will get rectified. As far as post FUP speeds, as of now they will remain what they are. Sad.

I hope airtel introduces something along the reliance new 999 plans.but can airtel handle a 10mbps line?

Nice Day Dreaming, Let them introduce 1mbps unlimited at least at the price of 12mbps Reliance plan. Airtel Folks are dying hard to offer 512mbps post fup.

Do you really think they give a damn? :)
