If you want to keep a tab on how transfer you are doing this is a nice tool

After installing it place a shortcut in the Startup folder so it loads automatically when system is booted up.

You can also use it to limit speeds ...yeah right custom built for Indians....we all addicted to slow speeds :hysterical:
