Airtel Broadband: Free Unlimited data for six months offer

Strange thing is that even if unlimited free pack is active but still data is being deducted from 300gb limit.
It’s not showing updated FUP or unlimited thing in data usage.

Unlimited tag is only being shown on “my plan” section

@Rickysin weird. i was using unlimited top up so when i deactivated it my data limit renewed to 3.3TB.

I had raised a complaint about it. They have escalated it to higher authority.
Basically level 1 executives have no idea if there was any free topup and were shocked to hear this that its validity is 6 months.
I have given them video as well as screenshot proof about the same.

They’ve asked me to wait for 24 hours

For most of the states in india, airtel is having 299rs topup for unlimited data on existing plans

for me, the free unlimited plan is also not showing and now Rs299 topup is also gone.

I was earlier having Rs299 unlimited topup.

I am using Airtel Home (Xtreme Plan) Rs1399 plan with 100mbps (500GB) broadband and 2postpaid connection
