still problem is there

Another complain with nodal guy and they play like pre-recorded message. When I said I will move to MTNL they said, "Its your wish sir, but we can't provide 1:1 ratio".When I told them that Airtel BB customers at south are getting 1:1 reply was, "We can't comment upon this."This is really sick. I should have never moved to Airtel...MTNL is the best in Delhi.
 
i will be going tomorrow for inquiry but imo the case is WEAK as 1)trai never issued guidelines so isps can do anything they want with upload speeds2)i was told that 1:1 dl and ul speed that we are getting was considered "lucky"(in my words).I argued that south region has no problems and they said that there have advantage to get it for the time being.aruguing that same thing with a CC at national consumer helpline i was told that cellphone providers has different scheme for the same plan at different regions.My excuse can be that north plays 799 and receives 1:0.5 ratio while south play 750 and gets 1:1 ratio for 256k plan3)tata and airtel ul speed is 1\3 of dl speed whereas sify and mtnl,bsnl is 1:1 for 256k.4)even if i sue airtel the chances of this case being referred to TDSAT is 99.99% which means it would take ages.5)until and unless trai issues upload guidelines we have to live with this speed.the only defense that i have is unethical marketing practices.i wont sue airtel for money but only for giving us back the near 1:1 speed in 128k,256,384 plans.I just need the 128k, 512k and 1mbps and 2mbps upload and download speedtest results of north india region.I am not expecting to win the case as there are no giudlines so no liablility.I just hope trai responds to my letter
 
they have reduced the upload speed of 128kbps 256kbps and 384kbps plan onlythe plans above this have good upload speeds
 
yeah but i need proof about that,thats why i have posted another thread about asking users of 512K and above plz post your results.I dont know why they are reluctant to post.
