those people who get unlimited 4mbps with reliance should not feel sad. ;-)

True. It's been working surprisingly well at least for me. I use it as a backup + leeching connection.

Yes.Thats why put in a complaint.I was earlier getting SNR of 19-20 down and 10 UP on 8mbps.

My friend has 16mbps and said he gets SNR of around 16-17 down and 10 Up

when my downlink was set @ 8mbps snr was around 20. after upgrading to 16mbps snr fell to around 8. but surprisingly the line is still stable enough.

My down is still 8.Though they said that its been upgraded to 16.

Seems my SNR of 10 isnt bad then.
