Airtel Broadband Home 999 -> Upgraded to 512K -> back to 384k - WTH! #airtelsucks

well guess what, i ve YETto hear from these buggers & ppl here talk about Airtel's unparalleled customer service & response time - haah!

interestingly, i actually got a call from them today but it was not the Customer Retention Cell but sm dufus promoting their new shitty 2 mbps 'unltd' plan wid a FUP of 20 gb - lol. i told him listen up dumbass, that 20 gb wud be exhausted before u cud say 'Airtel SUX' & told him to take their 'unltd' plan n shove up their keister.

well, finally got THAT call from Airtel retention cell - but no surprises here. i argued wid him that u guys hv provided a fren of mine 512 kbps plan unltd (no fup ofcourse) for 650 bucks. he just didnt want to accept that. he even asked me to give my fren's no - obviously i said go to hell. told him - ofcourse so that u can bust up his plan as well, no way.finally after wasting a lot of my time, he agreed to give me 20% discount for the next 6 months on my current plan. so thats it, boys n gals - thats wot i finally get from it though i wud hv anyday taken 512k unltd over it

so whats the final deal 800+ for 384 kb and night 512kb suxx u can get 1 mb speed in relience by paying that much i am waiting for 15th if they dont upgrade my plan gud bye airtel

yeah & MTNL is cheap as well - but u cant compare these 2 ISPs wid Airtel for reliability
atleast my plan works when i need it (like when i ve 2 work from home) - MTNL/BSNL r infamous 4 crappy CC & quality of service.
