In central Kolkata there is no FTTH service as far as I know and prices are quiet high compared to other states.Its a corporate connection.

Try applying for BSNL FTTH. I’m sure you’ll find SOME Fiber ISP in central Kolkata, considering that even the suburbs have Fiber nowadays.

@deba123 I have a suggestion for you if Vodafone 4G speeds are good at your location or else threaten to either disconnect if they don't resolve your issue or upgrade to FTTH.

There is no FTTH in Central Kolkata as far as I know. I always prefer a DSL over wireless for its reliability and speed and hence trying to get proper service from them.

BSNL has FTTH but very expensive. Their rate is beyond the market competition.

4G can never match the stability and speed reliability of DSL connection, Fibre is even better. I have already used JIo , the speed is not that great and fluctuates a lot and that is common in wireless networks......

Where do you stay in Central Kolkata? I am sure you will get some ISP there. Hathway is quite popular in Mallikbazar, Bhawanipur.

Siti Networks Enter your pincode here and call the cable operators one by one if they provide SITI connections to your area. Also, you can call 18001200300 for alliance and give them your location and see if alliance is there (They are understaffed now, so you won't get connected at once. You will need to call repeatedly). I'm sure Alliance or Wishnet or SITI is there.
