that alone explains that the plan information is most likely incorrect. it should have speeds of 8mbps.

Unlikely.. 30 GB 8 mbps is 1599.... in the same page & 80 GB 8 mbps is 2099...175 GB cant be cheaper than 30 Gb plan.. but even at 2 mbps, this looks really cheap. I must admit, I am getting tempted to switch back if its correct.

Actually you seem right, somebody has goofed up. 30 GB @ 2 mbps/256k beyond itself is still showing 1399...Ok.. some more research reveals a similar limit plan 8 mbps/175 GB @ 2599 . in "fastest". So, they have goofed up.

I already spoke to CC about this twice and also sent an email for plan change, but they claim they dont have this plan in their records.I'll take this plan even if it is 2000+.As usual Airtel management hasnt informed CC yet.I have already got a BSNL connection planning to disconnect Airtel. If this plan is available for around 2000 I probably wont.If anybody's got more info please post.I got to decide if I have to disconnect Airtel.

Although the website shows a Max 175 plan albeit with wrong pricing, the latest spreadsheet I got from airtel, does not have this plan. They only have:Max 9,15,30,80Turbo 15,30,80Rapid 15,30,80,175Electric 30,50,80,175The Max and Turbo plans have a post-FUP speed of 256kbps. The Rapid and Electric plans have a post-FUP speed of 512kbps.

Yes,they sent me the same spreadsheet.Last time I changed my plan to 2mbps 150GB I had the same issues.CC did'nt no about the plan.If Max 175 becomes available I suspect 4Mbps 175 GB would be to.Airtel subscribers who cant get 8 gb are limited 80 gb right now.I guess Airtel has to introduce this plan to hold on to customers like me.I would not settle for 80GB if they move me to Max 80.This is the main reason iam moving to BSNL.

If you're already in Max 150, they won't switch you to Max 80. Having said that, we do need Max 175 and Turbo 175 plans. Hopefully, they will be added soon.
